Wide Leg Pants

The Wide-Leg Pants offer some of the most diversified and spectacular design solutions ever!  While channeling a free-style 70's appeal, this summer's modern approach is evident in the textures and styling.  Here are some suggestions on how to capitalize on the instant style these pants generate:

- pair them with a shorter, cropped top
- pair stripes with bright colors like reds and whites
- pair with a longer, tunic top....either cinch it at the waist with a wider belt for proportion, or let it flow! (This look also works well with matching pieces.)
- try tucking in a soft blouse and use a wide belt to emphasize the waist.c

How To Tie A Sarong

The Strapless Dress

Wrap the cover-up around your torso and tie it into a strapless dress.

The Halter

Fold the fabric into a triangle and place it beneath your shoulder blades. Crisscross the two ends over your bust and tie at the back of your neck.

The Long Skirt

Wear the sarong as a mid-calf skirt, tying it on a diagonal that slants down to one side of your hips.

The Hip Hugger

Fold the sarong into a triangle and wrap it around your midsection, high on the back and lower in front. Bring the two ends together to tie below your waist, creating a deep V in front.

Resort Wear

Maxi Dress

Long dresses have been all the hype these past few seasons and there's endless reasons as to why we love the maxi! The length flatters all body types and gives the illusion of a taller frame, especially solid colored dresses. Patterned maxis lure eyes to the intricate details that cover your body from shoulders to toes.

Preppy Tunic

Nothing says island prep wear like a colorful tunic. A great piece to add to any resort wear packing list, a traditional tunic can be worn over pants, as a beach cover up, or paired as a top tucked into shorts.

Opt for tropical colors that match the natural scenery and energy of your destination and leave the basic hues at home!

This Season's Color

This season's color schemes focus on softer, cooler tones that can be found all around you in nature. Subtle colors like tangerine, aquamarine, lavender, toasted almond and strawberry ice are among a few hues that will be making a mark on fashion this spring and summer.

Tangerine

Tangy Tangerine is a summer favorite. The color is energizing, yet not overwhelming to the eye.

Pairs well with light brown and plush pink hues.

Aquamarine

Aquamarine is both cooling and calming, and acts more as stress reducer to the eye than others in the blue family.

Pairs nicely with grays and wine colored tones.

Lavender

Lavender, the favorite color of spring is both rich and delicate like the herb the name derives from.

Pairs perfectly with soft browns.
